Location is perfect if you want to go and see Petra! On arrival after a 6hr drive, reception greeted us and checked us in extremely efficiently. The room was perfect, views were amazing. Everything in the room was complimentary from bath salts, to face mask, water, fruit, crisps, chcolate and nuts. Everythig you need to do Petra. This hotel definitely gets my vote. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and on our day of checking out of 4 rooms, they offered us to keep one room free of charge so we could shower after walking 20km before moving on at 15:00. At The Rock Camp Petra guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Friendliness and good service. Everyone was also very relaxed and calm. We were lucky that we were two of few guests so we got very good treatment. Very nice place with nice atmosphere in the ‘wild’. Food was fantastic and fresh!

Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!

We stayed at P Quatro Relax hotel for five nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel itself, the rooms, the food, the location, the staff, everything was just perfect! The hotel is located in the city center. Petra is about 20 minutes by foot and just five minutes by car. Hotel arranges free transfer to the Petra visitors center from 7 AM till 7 PM. We booked a twin room. It was spacious and clean. However, it was not as light as we desired. When we asked the receptionist (Mehmed) if it was possible to get a lighter twin room he changed the room in a few minutes. What a surprise it was when we got a family room instead. It was light, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom (with jacuzzi) was very comfortable as well. The heating and Wi Fi were working perfectly. The breakfast was very good. There was a big choice of pastries, cheese, ham, hot meals, fruits, vegetables, juice, etc. In addition, every morning they gave us a lunch box. The staff (Ashley, Mehmed and others) were very friendly and kind, ready to help you at any time. Sometimes I thought that we gave them too much trouble with our questions.
