We had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect: the place was spotless, modern, and felt brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having both a washing machine and dryer was a big plus. The rooms were cozy and spacious. Parking right in front of the door was very convenient. We received a warm welcome and excellent support throughout our stay through our great host.

It was idyllic - we felt immediately at peace after walking through the doors, the staff couldn’t have been more attentive yet not intrusive. Given there’s only 3 rooms, it was quiet and felt like you had it to yourself but there was a buzz in the evenings at dinner.

A recently renovated property, RUFF - Hosai - is located in Kanazawa near Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle and Kanazawa Station. This apartment provides free private parking and full-day security.

The spacious flat is in a quiet street in a central area, within walking distance of the main tourist districts as well as the central railway station. It is spread over two floors of a semi-detached house. Everything is white, spotless and looks brand new, creating a cosy and warm ambience. The flat and the kitchen are fully equipped with everything a traveller might need - all appliances are quite new and in perfect working conditions. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would strongly recommend both the host and the flat.

Loved the hotel. Location was a little far out for us. Taxi back and forth to town was about $50 USD each way and some taxis only took cash. Hotel and staff were exceptional.

The room was beautifully furnished and really lovely, with a view of the garden. Architecturally gorgeous. Dinner and breakfasts were delicious and perfectly executed. More importantly the overall service was professional, gracious and attentive without being obtrusive. This was the most memorable point of our trip. On our next trip to Japan we will definitely check out it’s sister location in Toyama.

It’s like a dream come true. A beautiful japanese house overlooking wonderful japanese garden, located just across the kanazawa castle and few minutes walk to kenrokuen. The kitchen facilities is also excellent, well equipped. Best property i have lived so far.

The hotel is amazing, the onsen facilities are great, and the breakfast and free noodles at 9:30pm are divine. Would definitely stay again at any of their chains!
