Walkway with roof directly connects to the train station. Quiet neighborhood. - There are several restaurants in the building. We tried 3 of them and all are very good. - 7Eleven next to building. - Neighborhood coin laundry 7 minute walk away. - Decent sized room, very clean. Comfy beds. Clean bathroom with bathtub. - Breakfast is really good. There were a lot of choices and great quality. We enjoyed the breakfast very much! - The staffs were very friendly and helpful, always with smiles.

Centrally located in Kyoto. Minutes walking to the best spots in town. Just cross the street for a metro station and a bus stop. Overlooking the river. Regarding our room it was huge compared to hotels in Japan, our bathroom had a hot tub, pyjamas (kimono style), definitely a Japanese styled bidet and a very large TV screen. They allow luggage storage before check in and after check out. Decent staff. Totally recommended
