Set in Nikko, COZY Inn Free Shuttle service is a recently renovated accommodation, 12 km from Tobu Nikko Station and 14 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine. The air-conditioned accommodation is 11 km from Nikko Station, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The guest house features a hot tub and a shared kitchen. The host is very welcoming. It's a pleasure to talk to him, ask him about your plans or ask him to book a restaurant or call remote onsen. He recommended us the best restaurant for dinner we have ever had in Japan. It's just a 10-minute walk. What a treat. The room is in an older house, which is the traditional Japanese house. You share a bathroom and toilet with other guests (max 4 people share this, so that is fine). The room is great, spacious, and the air conditioning works superb. We came by car, but the host is willing to pick you up and drive you to your next destination. The host speaks English very well. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The Nikko Nishimachi Club a la touto is located within a short walking distance to 4 area Temples/Shrines. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel offers wonderful private spa access on each floor which can be reserved in advance (there is a nominal spa tax which is paid during checkout). Some free drinks were provided in the room fridge along with some simple snacks (chips/crisps). Bathrobes, pajamas and quality toiletries are also provided. The staff was very courteous and helpful, always using a translation app when needed to ensure a clear understanding. Local cafes and restaurants can have odd hours or closing days, so just be aware. The Indian restaurant above the nearby Lawsons was very good, as well as the crepes in the cafe next door, when open. A visit to the local tourist information center was very helpful. The hotel reimbursed our taxi fees from the train station upon arrival and welcomed us with a glass of wine or juice, which was lovely. They also provided transportation back to the train station after checkout.

The place is wonderful , in the very core of Nikko national park. The dinner and the breakfast were magic. The magic was also in the onsen. I highly recommand this ryokan

The villa has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. The property was absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t be better! I can only dream of what it must look like in spring when the massive cherry blossom tree is in bloom. The meat, fruit and coffee was a really nice touch.
