Romantic Nikko Escape with My Husband～The cherry blossoms at this hotel were absolutely stunning! Soaking in the enormous outdoor jacuzzi on our balcony was *unbelievably* relaxing. We were even treated to complimentary fresh fruits and delicious BBQ – such a wonderful surprise! We heard autumn brings spectacular maple foliage here, so we’ll *definitely* be coming back when the leaves turn red.

Both the dinner and the breakfast buffet were excellent, with a large variety of dishes being served, and always getting refilled. Smiling staff clearing away empty plates, and letting everyone know when the kitchen will be closing so that you don't miss anything. Multiple onsens on site, with both indoor and outdoor baths available. Everything was very clean. Staff went above and beyond when the wife forgot her phone charger in the room. Mailing it on to our next hotel in Osaka for us, we can't thank you enough.

Too many things to likes 1. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, very respectful 2. The food is great, we had food prepared for dinner and breakfast for 2 days ! They explained the food to us. 3. The facilities - the resort is great ! everything is explained and it is free. Please take the time to explore ! 4. The comfort is apex !!! you can have your own onsen tub in your room ! WOW Overall, super worth it. Definitely will go there again.

Super atas. Clean, everything is well thought of. Tip top class service, also not to forget to mention about the onsen. It has both hot and cold onsen, very clean with a hot sauna. All washing facilities are very clean and well kept. Also, both the Japanese restaurant and The Bar are astounding in design n service.
