The villa was clean and cozy, with great attention to detail. Service was prompt, professional and very reassuring. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Although the staff speak little English, they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to explain things in detail, making it a minor concern overall. For the first time, I experienced a hotel policy requiring guests to leave their shoes in the lobby and walk around in socks or in-room shoes, which I found to be a great idea for maintaining cleaner floors throughout the hotel.
