From the moment we arrived, our stay at this stunning villa was nothing short of perfection. The property itself is immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and sparkling clean. Every corner of the villa exudes comfort and elegance, making it the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The pool was a true highlight—crystal-clear, inviting, and the perfect place to enjoy sunny afternoons or a peaceful evening swim. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible team that looked after us. Robert, the concierge, was a true gem—always available, endlessly helpful, and so warm and accommodating. Whether we needed recommendations, transport, or simply a friendly face to check in with, Robert was there with a smile and a solution. Duncan, the chef, completely wowed us with every meal. Each dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with passion. Dining at the villa became one of our favorite parts of the day thanks to his culinary talents. Faith, the housekeeper, ensured everything was always spotless and fresh. She worked quietly and efficiently, and her attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious. And Susan, the house manager, was simply amazing—kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. This villa is more than just a beautiful place—it’s a full experience, elevated by an extraordinary team who go above and beyond in every way. We felt so welcomed, so cared for, and will absolutely return. Highly, highly recommended.

Coral Villas Cottage tiene vistas a la piscina y está en Ukunda. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. The villas are comfy, the staff are welcoming and the breakfast is delicious and fulfilling. Bonus, the owner was there on holidays and offered to pick us up at Ukunda for free. The pool was also refreshing and relaxing. Very nice ambience!

We both liked everything about the villa. It was exceptionally well equipped and very clean. The furniture looked new and very comfortable just like the bed. The shower had high pressure and always hot. Ali kept the pool clean and ready for use. The staff were not intrusive so we felt we had complete privacy. I would not hesitate staying again and will recommend to my friends. Thanks for a great stay.

El Neptune Palm Beach Resort & Spa está situado en la playa de Diani, en la costa meridional, a 40 km de Mombasa. Ofrece piscina de agua dulce al aire libre. The rooms were renovated and upgraded, the food was amazing, now daily seafood at lunch time was added and sushi in the evenings. That is what we need at the beach. They have received the travel life certificate and use glass bottles in the rooms and don't replace towels if not needed. The staff as usual very welcoming and friendly.
