Staff provided stellar service which enhanced our experience in NuwaraEliya. Amjud was in touch pre arrival and throughout the stay - and helped with local recommendations. All other staff also provided very personal service. Room was very clean and breakfast/dinner were also nice. Would recommend this property to other travelers.

This hotel feels like a peaceful little slice of paradise, tucked away with stunning views of Adam’s Peak. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt right. The rooms were spotless and super cozy—you could tell they really cared about making sure guests were comfortable. We spent hours just soaking in the heated pool, and for the more adventurous, the bikes and hiking trails were perfect. What made this place truly unforgettable was the staff , starting from the reception, restaurant to the pool attendant they were superb. Rushanthani and Nadan especially stood out—not just friendly, but genuinely kind and thoughtful. They upgraded our rooms and our meal plan without us asking, which was such a lovely surprise. When it was time to leave, they even packed snacks for our journey—little things like that show how much they care.Honestly, one night just isn’t enough to take everything in and really enjoy all this hotel has to offer. If you can, stay at least two nights—you won’t regret it. I’m already looking forward to coming back one day to this warm, welcoming place and its amazing people. Kudos to the hotel management

Guests at the tranquil Langdale can go hiking in the scenic area. They can relax in the sauna or steam room, or enjoy a massage at the Ayurvedic Spa. We really enjoyed our stay at Langdale due to the sheer beauty of the views and the exceptional quality of service extended by their very friendly staff. The food was also incredible.
