The house is located on the outskirts(10min tuktuk ride - don't pay more than 500 lkr) of Kandy and amazing if you want to get away from the chaotic city. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Dr Nimal and his wife were wonderful hosts, providing us with a lot of tips for our journey. They also have a lovely dog! We really enjoyed the stay with them and would recommend it to anyone else.

Charming accommodation with great hosts. One of the best places we stayed during our two-week trip around Sri Lanka. Everything was very clean, beautiful dishes, everything we needed was thought of. And the view from the balcony is incredibly beautiful. Just wooow!!! We enjoyed every minute there. The breakfast was very delicious. We felt like home in this place and didn't want to leave. I had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the free refillable water, the lovely pool, and that both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. There’s also a laundry service available. The location is very quiet and peaceful—just a bit further from the city center, but definitely worth it for the relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
