With nine distinct living spaces, our accommodations promise a unique experience: Beautiful seaside garden and villas, beach access. Local chef and food was 🆗, although grilled fish was bit overcooked. Service was kind and location is calm for relaxing vacation.

We loved the location with the private beach, the stylish decoration, the garden and the pool is so lovely too. The hospitality we experienced just total over our expectation. We used the grill in the garden and the lady helped us to prepare the fish we bought (that we could catch it ourself with the fishermen nearby with whom you can go out if you have more time) in a local way within banana leaves and local dressing - it was just amazing. Ruzaik the manager used to be a tour guide and gave us some interesting insights for our trip further.

Sam is a wonderful human being and very proud of the work he does! This is a family business and it shows. Rooms were comfortable, location is outstanding!

Beldon Hotel was a spacious and very modern accomodation which was in a great location - nice and quiet as it was just a short walk up the hill from the bustling main street of Hiriketyia. The staff were lovely and the included breakfast was so delicious (endless options to choose from as well!) The Beldon was a little bit of luxury on our trip to Sri Lanka, would definitely recommend it!

This bed and breakfast provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The bed and breakfast features parking on-site, a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. Amazing and comfortable place to stay with incredible management. + Jeewantha the owner was incredible. He received us immediately upon arrival and ensured we had very thing we needed for our stay (extra towels, food recs, etc.) I got sick during my trip and he lent my brother a scooter to go into town and get meds and food. He also arranged transport to Yala for our next stop in Sri Lanka. The villa itself was super comfortable and a great place to be during our stay in weligama. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from the busier part of town, which was actually really nice given the surf spot across the street is significantly less busy than down by the Marriot. 10/10 stay - Absolutely nothing to be honest

Guests can also relax in the garden. It’s offside from the busier streets which makes it a really calm place to stay. The rooms and bathroom were very well cleaned and you have a whole upper level of the house to yourself; the family lives downstairs. The family was also extremely nice and helpful!

Boasting a DVD player, the spacious holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a toaster and a fridge, a living room, a dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a shower. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is offered. Ironing service is also available. It was the perfect home close to the beach but also in a quiet area with lovely locals. The home owners couldn’t be nicer, we reallu felt at home and would’ve loved to stay longer if it was possible. Me and my friends will certainly come back when we’re in Weligama!! 🙏
