Their warmth, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. We encountered a stressful situation with our passports, and the staff was exceptionally helpful in resolving the issue. Their prompt assistance and local knowledge were invaluable, and they ensured everything was handled smoothly. I obviously highly recommend New Hotel piscine Wellness & Spa to anyone visiting Casablanca.
