Every detail is designed for comfort and relaxation. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their warmth, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. We encountered a stressful situation with our passports, and the staff was exceptionally helpful in resolving the issue. Their prompt assistance and local knowledge were invaluable, and they ensured everything was handled smoothly. I obviously highly recommend New Hotel piscine Wellness & Spa to anyone visiting Casablanca. The excellent location, outstanding facilities, and, most importantly, the dedicated and caring staff made our stay an exceptional one. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

When my terrible bank, BNP Paribas, wouldn’t let me withdraw any cash in Casablanca, she helped me with everything and made sure I could catch my next flight. Very warm hearted staff and a lovely hotel environment!

El Kenzi Sidi Maarouf se encuentra en Casablanca y dispone de sauna y centro de spa. El alojamiento dispone de restaurante. Hay aparcamiento privado gratuito. Tuvimos un problema y Khaoula, que trabaja en la barra de la piscina, nos ayudó desinteresadamente y con la mejor atención. La verdad que es una persona fantástica y nos solucionó el problema que teníamos con la reservación de nuestro coche aunque no tuviera nada que ver ni con el hotel ni con su trabajo. Gracias Khaoula! A little tricky to find based on GPS. Looks like it’s on the highway. Safe area, gated community. Parking lot in the garage is tight to navigate, even with smaller car. Food is close. Comfortable space.
