Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

This property is such a breath of fresh air, what an incredible feeling to arrive to a 14th century Palace and be welcomed by a team that makes you feel like family. We had the Layla Suite which overlooks the entire Medina, the terrace is absolutely fantastic, Jihane, Samira, Hayat and Abdul have outstanding service, they took care of preparing a surprise for my husband’s birthday and made us so happy, they even organized our day with a guide and offered us freshly squire Ed juice every time they saw us We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was out of the world, WOW what an experience Thank you for making us so happy We will be back every year

All units in the riad are fitted with a kettle. Featuring a private bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer, some units at the riad also boast a terrace. At the riad, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Staff especially Norin, he is so attentive to every details. All staff are all helpful and kind. Breakfast is super, good variety and is a lot. Location is perfect, walking distance to the blue gate and medina. Garden is super beautiful.

Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. Karaouiyne Mosque is a 20-minute walk away. This is a very beautiful hotel. Fantastic art work and tasteful interior design everywhere.Staff was very helful and spa was an extraordinary experience. Quality Moroccan cuisine is served in your choice of two restaurants or the lounge. Breakfast is served in the courtyard. The location of the place is perfect, staff is very welcoming and of good advice. The room was just as expected and the food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. Our 2-year old daughter was always so warmly welcome she misses the hotel already. We really felt at home during this vacation, thank you for everything.

The parquet floors, fireplace and peaceful vibe add to the ambience of the room. The accommodation is non-smoking. I really recommend this appartment, it's spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Nice with the pool and guard there 24/7. The host was really friendly, welcoming and helped us with everything. It's located central near cafes and restaurants. Also close to the grand market by car. I also appriciated the parking slot in the garage, close to the elevator and guarded as well.
