It really is a special place. The breakfast sets you up for the day, the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you require and the roof terrace is a perfect way to end your day. A great great boutique hotel. If you are in the Three Cities or Valetta area, you will not find a better place to stay. We are so happy we stayed there. It made our stay in Malta very special. Thanks to Tony and his team at BOCO.

Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, museums and things to see. There's also a small beach around 15-20 minutes away from it. Area is more on the quiet side because there's no major roads passing by directly under the apartment, but vehicles still drive past the appartment sometimes (not as many). Has practically everything you need - towels, small kitchen with sink and stove, cuttlery and some dishes, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, safe and even a hairdryer and an iron. Private bathroom with shower. There's also a jacuzzi on the roof accessible from 10-22 with a nice view on the harbour and a nice lounge area with sunbeds and towels. Very easy to check in at any time - digital lock. We liked this traditional style Maltese appartment.

The apartment itself was fantastic, but it was awesome coming back after a day out & about, to decompress on the roof and relax in the jacuzzi!!
