This was a last minute booking as the hotel we had booked was terrible. The staff where fanatic, it was my wife's birthday and I happened to mention this in passing the staff brought us a bottle of wine the evening we checked in with a little birthday note. Then the following day they brought us a brownie with a candle and sang happy birthday!!!! This really made our day the staff went above and beyond. The hotel was very nice rooms where very nice and clean.

We booked Fairway Cottage for just one night, but as soon as we arrived, it felt like home. The cozy atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities made it so easy to settle in. We ended up extending our stay for another day because we simply didn’t want to leave! The location is also very convenient, with easy access to many of Rotorua's top attractions. And also owner of the property is incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. It’s truly an amazing place, offering both comfort and charm. Loved the location (close to a big park and lots of good places to eat) and that there was so much parking around. The flat was clean, nicely decorated and so comfortable.

A large room with a large shower and toilet, plus there is a nice balcony. The owners are lovely and actually the room is inside their house. Rich and varied breakfast. It was just great to stay there.
