The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. We were able to check in early which enabled us to drop our suitcases off before returning our motorhome, which was great. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable. The staff were very helpful, even in the middle of the night. To top it all off, we had to get to the airport at 4 a.m. and the hotel has a complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle available. Fantastic place to stay!

We used it as a base for snowboarding Ohau and treble cone. The fireplace & hot tub were a massive hit for us after the hill. Star gazing was also impeccable from the back yard! We also checked out the lake nearby (recommended from the host in their welcome book) and had a quick cold water plunge. Whole experience was excellent. Comfy beds. We will be back.

Loved absolutely everything, from the well thought out design to the comfortable bed. The view from the bathtubs and even the ability to Bluetooth your own music through the room. The staff were extremely helpful from the moment I made the booking. Even organised a platter to be brought down to us to enjoy with our complimentary bottle of wine.

Chateau Pritchard está en Springston y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. Barbara was an amazingly gracious and accommodating host. She was up early to prepare our delicious breakfast in spite of the fact that we had a late arrival the night before when she had waited up for us. Her home was beautiful and immaculate, and every detail had been thought of. If you have an opportunity to stay here, take it! You will not be disappointed.

One of our favourite stays on a 3 week trip around the South Island! If anything the photos don’t do it justice. Peaceful and private with plenty of space and beautifully clean. We loved having BBQs on the terrace. The master bedroom was exquisite with a view onto the patio and the outdoor bath surrounded by fragrant lupins. The upstairs bedrooms were kept nicely cool by fans in the hot weather we were lucky to have. We all slept brilliantly in the big comfy beds. Laundry facilities were an added bonus for us, neatly tucked away behind sliding doors in the master - very convenient.

Travellers Retreat B&B está en Christchurch y dispone de vistas al jardín, piscina de temporada al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. This is a gem of a find!! Actually, the retreat is Marcus and Fiona's home and so it feels warm and cozy. Especially more so when Fiona is so accommodating and kind. She picked me up from the airport and sent me there the next day as well. Felt like visiting the home of a friend instead of spending a night at a B&B. Will definitely come back again if I return to Christchurch for another visit.
