The children’s playground has a trampoline and swings. Guests can relax in the wooden hot tub, which features views of the gardens and mountains (charges apply). Such a great place to stay. Very friendly welcome at reception who informed us of great places to visit around the area. The motel is walking distance into town. The room was so tidy and you can tell effort was spent in replacing fixtures for improvement. Bathroom was big and space in the living room to sit around and enjoy watching some TV in the evening.

The staff was very nice and helpful even though we checked in late. There’s even a complimentary wine.

The property has an outdoor dining area. This is a dream property with amazing hosts. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the gate. They have created such cozy spaces for guests and the provide great amenities like coffee and tea, toast and other small breakfast items. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! HighTree Chalets features a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Peebles. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The luxury tent provides lake views and an outdoor fireplace. The location on the lake/pond is divine and serene with ducks and a swan family. it is a beautiful tranquil spot and a great cabin with full kitchen and brand new bathroom. Comfy bed looking out to the view and a balcony to sip a glass or two or have a meal.

At the bed and breakfast, all units come with a outdoor furniture. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a kettle. The units include a private bathroom, a hair dryer and bed linen. We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this unique cabin. Such a brilliant location with the most special view (even when we had a bit of rain on our final morning) and incredible surroundings. Photos really cannot do this place justice - it’s just beautiful and the little patio area is perfect for enjoying some outside time in this part of the world. This cabin offers a really unique and cosy stay, and we would definitely recommend. Having spent five weeks travelling around NZ and staying in many different types of accommodation, this was the standout! We could not have asked for better or more friendly hosts either - thank you so much David and Sandy, especially for all your tips while in the area!

All very new and well equipped. The best kitchen I’ve seen on my trip. I stayed in one of the cabins with lake view, but I got really into the camping vibe because of this place. Just be aware you have to go outside to go to the bathroom/wash your hands - no sink in the cabin. Not a problem for me though.
