Everything was perfect! The rooms were super, with a nice balcon (to enjoy the view on the beach), well equipped with everything you may need (and more) during your stay. They were extremely clean (a big thanks to the house keeper team :). We stayed in a family room (5324). The pools of the hotel were perfect, not too big but different sections depending on the age you’ll anyway fine one for your kid and even one only for the adults. The private beach is also amazing. The lifeguards everywhere are really a big + when you have kids, they’re highly cautious ! A special thank to Salim that was extremely professional and caring. Then we also had access to the Hawana Aqua Parc (2 mn away by car and 10/15 waking) that was really great ! The breakfast was also amazing. I don’t know what more they could thought about. Finally, we had an issue with our car and Abdou helped us (and refused to take any tip) changing the wheel and driving us until a garage were he negotiated for us. An amazing Man that we really want to thank a lot !!! So, in conclusion, an amazing Resort that we can only highly recommend

Wow! I’m world explorer, honestly speaking it was so easy to get holder of the owner and he made us so easy for the key nobody will do that, at 2:30am who will wait for you and answer your call, but owner didn’t go to sleep till we reach to the destination. He was so humble and well welcomed for the guess event he wasn’t precent at the property but his worries was diverted toward his guess. Honestly he deserved more than 100.
