Our stay at the Uros Lodge was absolutely wonderful! From the very first moment, we were perfectly taken care of. A taxi was organized for us from Plaza de Mayor to the boat, and Armando personally picked us up. The food was excellent and plentiful, and there was always fresh tea, coffee, and water available. The accommodation itself was beautifully designed, and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. We were even able to arrange a spontaneous late check-out. Our luggage was safely stored in a small hut, and we could continue enjoying the terrace of our lodge until our return trip. Armando took us on two boat tours: The first one to another island, where we learned a lot about how the floating islands are built and what life on them is like. The second trip was on Armando’s traditional boat, where he passionately shared the fascinating history of the Uros people with us. Armando speaks perfect English and took care of everything with such warmth and dedication. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night – everything was simply perfect! The most mind blowing view you can imagine!! It’s unreal and so peaceful! I was initially skeptical since booking.com had very few reviews but this was beyond every expectation ever. The food is fabulous. Very well accommodating for vegetarians too. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful. The fact that it’s all inclusive for food, beverages and excursions makes it that much better. We were there for 2 nights. I wish we had 3 nights since the first day we only reached at dinner time. But I can’t imagine there’s much to do beyond those few days there. Just admire the view and unwind. 10/10 would recommend and revisit!!

Excellent location on Lake Titicaca. Very good comfy hotel. Room had a great view of the lake. Breakfast spread a pretty good. The staff was friendly. The lunch & dinner options at the restaurant were very good. The hotel had transfer option from/to Puno Railway Station and Juliaca Airport, and the service is very good. We took the private tour of Lake Titicaca from the hotel. It was a wonderful experience and the guide Kevin was very knowledgeable. The tour operated from the private jetty of the hotel and was very convenient.

The host were so welcoming and helpful. They made our stay perfect. The breakfast they made was delicious.
