The bed was super comfy, very handy for places to eat and near to airport.

The open lobby had a beautiful tree out for Christmas. There were a few varieties of places to get drinks and food. Not many local food options for lunch and dinner, but I am not a foodie, so I didn't mind the more international choices for food. The pool is spacious and I never had an issue getting chairs at various times throughout the day. I loved that the pool was open late, until 10 pm. The breakfast was great - so many options for different types of food & lots of local food options to try.

Great water pressure🥰 And they have a restaurant downstairs to get food. They provide toiletries and towels as well. Multiple TVs for family/groups who like to watch different things.

Shangri-La also provides a well-equipped gym and tennis courts, ideal for a refreshing workout. Clean, well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Great gardens to walk around. The beach is wonderful! The restaurants especially the lobby lounge was soo nice! And the staff is the icing on the cake. Wonderful service!
