Shangri-La also provides a well-equipped gym and tennis courts, ideal for a refreshing workout. the service was excellent. the facilities were fantastic. I have never been to such a kid friendly hotel, this was the best choice. Raymond, Clair and Tristan were such kind and supportive staff throughout
