Staff were brilliant. Location and room was what we wanted. Highly recommended
Balai Princesa features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 6.6 km of Honda Bay and 1.2 km of City Coliseum.

The staff at Balai Princesa is fantastic. Tentata helped us with any need, including arranging tours and van transfers. Breakfast is excellent, and so is the food at the hotel restaurant.

Lovely place, luxurious and good value for money.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
They picked us up when we arrived and dropped us off at the airport after our stay.
We also rented a bike without any issues.
The suites are very nice and clean and the bathrooms are spacious.

Excellent location, very nice setup, big rooms, pleasant atmosphera great big size swimming pool and relaxing pool area, breathtaking view to the see , the staff the management was so kind an careful, no words to tell
We like the service, staffs are very accommodating and friendly.
Also we love the amenities, from bathtub in our room, different types of outdoor pools (like jacuzzi, kiddie pool, pool with slide) and we went to the sandbar by kayak. We really enjoyed them all.
The facilities are clean and elegant too. Nicely designed lobbies, restaurant, even the toilets.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and accommodating. Jacuzzi and Sauna were really nice for relaxing and the massage was possibly the best I've ever had. And food was lovely, would really recommend.
