Honestly I really loved how staff are taking care of their guests. This was the must important thing for any guest to look for. Before I used to stay at Hilton Jeddah but unfortunately lately it has been with the worst management ever. Since I moved to the ritz I felt valued and staff have been politely calling me everyday if I want to extend my stay and if I need any help. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome at the front desk and here are some names I remember but doesn’t exclude the others. Thanks to Moluk, Waleed and Mr Khalid.
