Everything was perfect, we got a room at the reception floor but we asked it to change it because of the noise and they changed it for us immediately and were very kind. All the staff we met during our stay was very helpful and proffesional. The apartment has everything you might need, everything is in great quality and provides a warm cozy feeling. The cherry on the top for us was the wellness which we were lucky to enjoy in private because there were no other guests booked at the same time. 3 saunas, jacuzzi and big resting area for 15€ is amazing deal. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely love to come again!

El hotel está perfectamente situado para poder hacer excursiones a las zonas de senderismo en los Altos Tatras y en el Parque del Paraíso Eslovaco. Es moderno y las instalaciones están limpias y bien equipadas. La piscina y el SPA vienen muy bien para relajarse después de un largo día de caminatas. Tanto la selección de comida para el desayuno y la cena eran muy correctos. La suite era amplia, limpia y bien equipada. Personal atento y amable.

El spa es maravilloso, abierto muchas horas durante el día. Gimnasio muy completo también.

Just 300 metres from the Jakubova lúka Ski Centre, this apartment house can be found 1 km from the centre of Starý Smokovec. Great wellness. The hotel is 10 mins by walk from center.

El Horsky Hotel Sliezsky Dom está situado en el centro de los montes Tatra, a 1.670 metros sobre el nivel del mar. A magical stay surrounded by mountains, forests, a lake and a stream. We enjoyed the view from the window and the spa in every weather. At least 4 different nature trails start from the hotel door and they're all nice. Instead of googling "Tatras best hikes", just start walking in any direction from Velické Pleso and you won't regret it. Generous buffet at breakfast and dinner and delicious food and drinks for lunch. If you read negative reviews about the "tourist restaurant", note that that's the backpackers hut. The hotel restaurant is only available to hotel guests and the lunch options are delicious. We were told you can also ask for packed lunch for the hike, but it wasn't possible because we hadn't ordered it in advance. A free-of-charge spacious private spa by reservation with saunas and a beautiful view. You can send your luggage from their lower parking lot at the Tatranská Polianka railway station by their van and hike to the hotel. You can even leave it in a storage unit for them to pick up, you just need to coordinate in advance.

Situated within 200 metres from the lake in Strbske Pleso in the High Tatras, this hotel offers a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool. The Railway Station is nearby. Estaba bien ubicado y tiene parking al lado. La cena estaba bastante bien e incluida en el precio.

This elegant first-class hotel in Stará Lesná combines a high level of comfort with a beautiful location in the mountains of the High Tatras. The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay was the outstanding spa! 10 stars for the spa!! I will definitely visit again.
