It's like a lovely little oasis tucked away within the medina. It was peaceful, clean, and very quiet, which I really appreciated, and there's even a cute resident turtle who hangs out near the pool. The staff are also exceptional.- kind and very welcoming. Issam made himself available at all hours and was willing to help in any way he could, even offering to bring me medication when I was sick for a day and arranging a personal tour to nearby sites when I felt better. His hospitality and service to the people who stay there are top-notch, and I hope his employer appreciates his dedication as much as I did. Because of him and everything else I've mentioned, I can say that I recommend this hotel without hesitation!
