Our stay here was exceptional thanks to the personal. They always exceed expectations and took care about the smallest details. A lot of delicious food, personal assistant 24/7 via WhatsApp, the own hotel application that allow you to follow the entertainment schedule and book restaurants. Great spa that make the hotel the good place to be even in the low season. Very comfortable beds.

Situated on Lara Beach, this spa resort boasts an elegant landscaped pool area with palm trees and waterslides. The hotel is excellent, location also. It is near the airport. Rich nature around the hotel, a wonderful sand beach but also great spa area and a large selection of pools. The food was perfect, everyone could find something. It was also very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer great winter concept. Great choice if you want to have exquisite vacation.

Her warm attitude, constant smile, and thoughtful attention made all the difference. Our little ones looked forward to seeing Maria and the rest of the Kiddo staff every day. Each one of them brought warmth, patience, and positive energy that created a joyful and safe space. They didn’t just entertain — they understood the kids, encouraged their creativity. A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.
