The host was very helpful, he can arrange any activity you like, also he will give you advices about the surroundings and Arusha life habits.

The house is well designed with every detail thought through to make for a comfortable stay. The nearby restaurant by a lake, also belonging to the hosts and offering food delivery, was another highlight of our stay.

I particularly loved that there were no carpets; it was clean and just gorgeous. I loved the murals, the food, but what stood out for me was the staff. The service was absolutely incredible. I wish I could rate them 11 out of 10. The staff at this place are always ready to help, from the frontline staff, to the restaurant staff, the cleaners, management, right down to the security guard outside. I would like to make a special mention to Prince, Evelyn, Sharon went above and beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable. Also Hadson, Rodgers, the chef (Sharon I believe) and her guys (sadly did not get their names). Also briefly met Vivian who went out of her way to help out, had a great chat. Honestly, it was just incredible, they made sure I had all I needed, even services not offered by the hotel I received, absolutely loved our drivers too, also organised by Prince and Evelyn, I will end it here
