Well staffed in all the areas, good levels of spoken English and very courteous and polite. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and so it was excellent customer care. Breakfast buffet had a very good choice on offer. Pool was clean and plenty of loungers during our stay. We booked an airport shuttle which was very comfortable and punctual, the driver was very polite and offered us water for our flight.

When I booked, I selected a room without a window, because I rarely use the balcony, but even so, when I checked in, the receptionist took me to my room to make sure I had selected it correctly. Clean and very pleasant facilities. Friendly staff, from reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the spa. Fabulous breakfast, with lots of choice, and on the day of departure, they let me go a little earlier and gave me a box to take out whatever I wanted.

At Wyndham Danang Golden Bay - Free Shuttle Bus to Beach, all spacious rooms include a desk, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Certain rooms are fitted with a kitchen with an oven and a microwave. En suite bathroom comes with gold-plated shower facilities, and bathroom amenities. Staff were amazing.. will definitely visit again..❤️

Yes I did , everything looked exactly like it does on pictures , the staff was amazing , security , concierge as well as room service and the cleaning staff. I really loved my stay
