The staff couldn't be more accomodating, and nothing was too much trouble.

Room was very big, absolutely gorgeous bathroom and shower, beds very plush and comfortable that we ended up sleeping 12 hours straight once!!! Staff were amazing especially the front desk Ms.Cara who carefully walked through with us what we needed to know and Mr Peter for getting in touch with me in advance for tour bookings to Ha Long bay. The breakfast buffet, featuring fresh vegetables and fruits, was definitely a highlight of my stay. Our room on the 10th floor offered a lovely view of the nearby church, which added a charming touch. The rooftop bar provided a nice ambiance with delicious cocktails and a wonderful city view. The gym was adequately equipped for a good workout. The hotel was very clean, and the AC was quiet and effective, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it's a reliable choice if you're visiting Hanoi!
