They upgraded our suite, helped with local restaurants, and let us park the car at the entrance (parking lots are scarce in the center oh Hanoi). The suite itself was super clean, well maintained, I loved everything about it. The breakfast was fantastic. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to start their journey in Vietnam with a very pleasant hotel
