We stayed at this Japanese style hotel during our time in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The location was excellent – right across from the cable car and nearby other activities with a small 24-hour market conveniently next door. The hotel offered a free ticket to the Sun World Hon Thom cable car, theme park, water park, and the Kiss Bridge. It also offered a free sightseeing tour in the Sunset Town, however we did not take part in it. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was beautiful, with a calm Japanese atmosphere. The soft, adjustable lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The bathroom was especially nice. Everything was very clean, new, and functioned as expected. The balcony offered a direct view of the evening fireworks, which was a highlight. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Service was excellent across all touchpoints. Breakfast was small but well prepared. The hotel gym was more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The spa, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The spa staff were also polite, skilled, and professional, contributing to a relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, largely thanks to the consistently high level of service and attention to details. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless holiday. If you appreciate good service, a calm atmosphere, and thoughtful details, this place is your choice.

We really relaxed here, a great place when choosing it as a place to rest. We arrived late at night, but was welcomed at the airport even though that day it rained heavily. When staying here, the staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, they always laugh when meeting you. They say 4 -star hotel, but if you have to compare it is really better than the places I have been. Come here and feel like you are at your home.

The location and the views from the apartment are beyond words. We were lucky to catch a fireworks display and flyboarding show—it was magical! The apartment itself was very nice and clean, the mattress super comfortable, and communication with the hosts was excellent. The fact that the hosts speak English was also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Sunset Beach Resort felt like a hidden gem on Phu Quoc. The beachfront location was serene, the sunsets were magical, and the fire shows were a unique experience. We were particularly impressed with the food! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options, and the beachfront restaurant offered delicious local and international dishes. The 3 bedroom villa is spacious,nice and clean. Too many stairs make it difficult for elderly to mobilised,however the buggy services and the staffs were really accomodating. The staff that handling our villa was really good and attentive. She help us to order new halal meal during breakfast buffet. So many nice activities in the resort.
