First of all the staff is amazing and super helpful, the room was spot on and had a fantastic view of the fireworks show and the breakfast is not to be missed too. Hands down one of the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

Our family (two adults and a teenager) has just returned from a fantastic stay at Phu My Hung Bungalow, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. It was the perfect base for our Phu Quoc adventure, offering a blend of comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. What truly made our stay special was the staff, and in particular, Mrs. Hang. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great local tips, helping with scooter rentals, and always greeting us with a genuine smile. Her kindness and professionalism are a huge asset to this property and made us feel truly cared for. Here’s what else we loved: · Fantastic Location: The location is ideal. It's a very short and pleasant walk to the beautiful Long Beach, where we enjoyed some of the island's most spectacular sunsets. It's also conveniently located for exploring the island by scooter. · Excellent Value: We received so much for our money – this is truly the best value we found on the island. · Spotless Cleanliness: Our bungalow was cleaned daily to an impeccable standard. The "Cleanliness" award is well-deserved! · Great Comfort & Quality: The room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, and the private bathroom with a walk-in shower was modern and clean. The free Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. · Wonderful Amenities: We especially enjoyed the swimming pool with a view. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The free parking was convenient for our scooters, and the on-site bar was a nice touch. · Thoughtful Touches: Having a kettle, toiletries, and a hairdryer provided made our stay even more comfortable. Phu My Hung Bungalow offers a perfect mix of a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere and easy access to the island's highlights.

Highly recommended , I’d come back to Phu Quoc just for this resort! Loved everything about this resort and wished We stayed longer, from the moment We arrived up to departure staff were super friendly, welcome and charming and always willing to help with a smile and their greeting “ Xin Chao” The Villa’s are impeccable and very well designed with beautiful surrounding views. The food options were excellent Kids club , cycling , kayaking and lots of activities for eveyrone

He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey even more enjoyable, showing us breathtaking landscapes and sharing fascinating insights about the area. It was an experience we will cherish forever! The interiors and exteriors of the hotel are simply flawless—every detail is carefully thought out, from the elegant design of the rooms to the beautifully maintained gardens and common areas. It’s a place where luxury meets comfort, making every moment here special. And of course, the food deserves a special mention! Every meal felt like a culinary journey, with incredibly delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The variety of flavors and fresh ingredients made every dining experience exciting and memorable. Whether it was breakfast with a view of the sea or a romantic dinner under the stars, each bite was a delight. This hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way! Everything from the service to the ambiance, the food, and the overall experience was simply outstanding. We would rate it even higher than 10/10 if we could! Boutique hotels with personality for a remarkable travel experience. Fantastic personal treatment from all staff. In particular SAM their guest relationship manager is really outstanding. He was constantly looking for opportunities to make our holidays even better. Also their SPA treatments are amazing. Will come back again.
