This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Vietnam. The staff was very polite and courteous. Thry helped us with check-in even though we arrived late at night. The night manager and supporting staff were very helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean, well-equipped and spacious. Great ambience in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was very tasty had ample variety. Along with the breakfast spread they offered us several vegan dishes from the veg menu to order from the live kitchen during the breakfast buffet. All the staff members here are really polite and warm. Especially Kathy the customer relations manager is very warm and friendly and makes sure your stay is very comfortable and ensuring everything is going well. The hotel has a complimentary steam and sauna. They also have a free shuttle from and to the Hoi An Ancient Town centre and Cua Dai Beach. Another customer relayions manager Luna was very efficient in helping us locate the shuttle. The location of the hotel is great, with everything nearby and a supermarket just on the opposite side of the road. This hotel is impeccable! Makes you want to come again and stay.

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

My time at Nghê Prana Villa & Spa in Hoi An was marvelous. The staff was always very kind and available. Nee checked us in and was tremendously lovely. The room was spacious and spotless. Comfortable big bed. The water temperature and pressure were just right. The cleanliness was immaculate. The pool is bigger than what the pictures suggest and the breakfast was plentiful and diverse. I had high hopes for this stay according to the reviews I read but it was better than my expectations. I highly recommend this stay.

Perfect location at the sea-side. Quiet and calm, beautiful garden, nice beach. we had a seaside apartment. It was huge, beatiful, superb view. Absolute luxury. Really 5 star experience. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Elegant restaurants inside, nice little ones just outside of the resort. Very friendly staff with good sense of humor. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Asia, and this has to be one of the best! The hotel facilities, the staff, the location, breakfast buffet - all was great! It was nice to be out of the old town, but still very close. Also a nice bike ride to the beach through the rice paddies. The staff were amazing - we had our one year old with us and he adored the staff, and they were so accomodating. I had to see a doctor while there, and the hotel helped organise it (within minutes!), there were bikes, umbrellas when raining, everything you could need!

Among all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this is one of the most beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff are all amazing — especially Rose, who helped me a lot with preparing my visa documents. She even used her own computer to help me send and organize my papers. The breakfast was very rich and varied. As a bonus, they even offer tea and sandwiches at 2:00 p.m., which we haven’t seen in other hotels. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Ms. Mia kindly helped us check into the hotel earlier than the usual time since we were tired. As soon as we arrived, she offered us a cold drink.
