The staff have been very helpful with everything here. I lost my phone in the old town and they went the extra mile to try and help me find it. Close to many good things being in Hoi An.

Nghê Prana Hotel and Spa Hoi An dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, restaurante y bar en Hoi An. El hotel es hermoso, una pileta muy linda y con decoración estilo vietnamita. Te dan bicicletas gratis para recorrer el pueblo. El desayuno estaba bien, poca reposición. La vista al lago desde la pileta y el desayunador muy linda también. El personal del hotel muy servicial y simpático siempre. Tuvimos varios inconvenientes que manejaron de buena manera y siempre haciéndonos sentir cómodos. Sin embargo, no considero que el resarcimiento estuvo a la altura de la cantidad de inconvenientes que tuvimos. Nos dejaron utilizar las instalaciones del hotel después del check out.
