The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, this hotel was a great value for money and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Nghê Prana Hotel and Spa Hoi An dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, restaurante y bar en Hoi An. Liv and Katy made our stay amazing. We were so well looked after and catered to. Happy, fun and warm. The property is just the right distance from the Old Town to be accessible but secluded for serenity. The mix is perfect. Breakfast was a diverse spread of everything you could want.

Realmente muy buena. Habitaciones cómodas y de buen tamaño, ducha espectacular. Desayuno ok, pero no fantástico como lo mencionan acá.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa and I was absolutely blown away. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. I especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious food at the restaurant. The spa treatments were also top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An

El Palm Garden Resort está junto a la playa de Cua Dai, en medio de 5 hectáreas de bonitos jardines paisajísticos. We really enjoyed our time at this resort. The staff are exceptional. Everyone is so focused on making sure that your stay is exceeding your expectations. There was some construction next door to our room and the staff were able to help us move our room. We ended up in a great 2-room villa (we were traveling with 2 families). The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. Speaking of facilities, the pool was large and clean and the lifeguard staff were so helpful in getting people chairs and towels. There were always enough loungers for everyone and if there weren't, they got more. The staff at the beach were the same. The beach was quite dirty but that is not the fault of the staff! The waves were quite high and I wonder if that contributed to the water/beach pollution. The food was decent but I'd recommend going out across the street if you wanted cheap and authentic food. We only ate by the pool and had breakfast there so I can't speak for the other restaurants. There was a lot of variety for breakfast- both western and eastern food. The location is great if you want to be on the beach. They have a shuttle 3 times a day to the city and you can also use a Grab and be there in 15 minutes. As I mentioned above, there are a variety of restaurants just across the street as well as a mini-mart and a tailor. Further down on the beach, there are beach restaurants as well but they were quite empty when we walked there (could have been the time of year). Overall, we'd definitely come back to this resort and have plans to do so next year.

Loved the hotel! Such great value for money given the amount of facilities they have. Used the gym almost everyday and lounged by the pool on my last 3 days! The staff were attentive to my needs, daily breakfast was scrumptious and location is just a 5mins 🏍️ ride away from the old town. Grab biked everyday and it cost less than 50cents per ride 👍🏼😁 They have a bar area with futsal and a pool table which would be great for families!
