The hotel is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely pool area. The food was delicious, and we even got a free room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise. We really felt at home here.

Among all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this is one of the most beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff are all amazing — especially Rose, who helped me a lot with preparing my visa documents. She even used her own computer to help me send and organize my papers. The breakfast was very rich and varied. As a bonus, they even offer tea and sandwiches at 2:00 p.m., which we haven’t seen in other hotels. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Ms. Mia kindly helped us check into the hotel earlier than the usual time since we were tired. As soon as we arrived, she offered us a cold drink.
