It’s a beautiful property ,10 minutes away from the imperial citadel by taxi. The hotel provides shuttle service going to the city center. The staff is very welcoming and the service excellent. We got a room upgrade when we arrived to the pool villa which was situated right beside their heated pool. The property has 2 pools and their heated pool was pleasantly warm even in chilly January weather. We had free 30 minute daily massages that were extremely relaxing after a long day of walking to see the sights. Cristy , the assistant general manager, and Claudia at the reception area were very kind and accommodating. They connected with us daily and ensured that we had an amazing stay in their hotel.

El TTC Imperial Hotel se encuentra a solo 2 minutos a pie del puente Truong Tien y ofrece vistas al encantador río Perfume y alojamientos acogedores con aire acondicionado. Un impresionante 5 estrellas muy bien ubicado. El hotel es increíble con un restaurante riquísimo en el último piso. En la azotea tiene su propio templo budista con estanque incluido. Puede que sea el mejor hotel en el que he estado. Por otra parte fuimos de luna de miel y nos decoraron la habitación muy bonita, trayéndonos incluso una tarta.

The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful — when I lost my phone, they went out of their way to help us find it. The breakfast was delicious; even though we’re not used to having savoury dishes in the morning, we really enjoyed it. The room was beautiful and spotless. If we ever come back to Hue, we’ll definitely stay here again!
