Kukummi Lodge - formerly Mackaya Bella Country Lodge features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 7.3 km of Monks Cowl Country Club and 32 km of Winterton Museum. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 48 km from Spioenkop Nature Reserve. The property offers a shuttle service and features a garden and picnic area. Everything was fantastic: the food, activities, hosts, accommodations, and environment... Ryan and Danny were awesome and very knowledgable hosts and the cooking staff were very talented and friendly. The hiking was unparalleled and the view from our rondavel was breath-taking. We had no reason to leave and immersed ourselves in the experience for several days of hiking, swimming and relaxing. If you enjoy hiking and aspire to hike the Central Drakensberg mountains, this is THE place to stay.

The bed and breakfast offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. We had a great time here! It is well located to explore the area. We did a day trip to Sani Pass from here. We felt very comfortable in the cottage and slept very well. Judy is an awesome host, she is kind and caring, had great tips for the area, and made us feel so welcome :)

Wonderful welcome gifts like freshly baked bread, farm churned butter and delicious fresh farm milk. Just fulfilled the experience for our family. Ouhout Cottage was spacious, rustic yet tastefully decorated and clean. Staff were polite and assisted in any manner or form. The Farm Stall was a delight and were privileged to watch them milk the cows up front. Well worth it, book early to avoid disappointment. Professionally run establishment which only lends to a better experience.

Large glass sliding doors lead onto a wooden deck or patio. Some of the units have spa bath. On arrival, jacuzzi was hot and going, even Ice in the ice bucket!, Graham was an exceptional host!, They catered for us and the food was incredible proper home style food with lots of variety, highly suggest the catering. Cleaning staff are very thorough in their clean even dusting exterior windows and cleaning the entire deck around the place. Mopping all floors, honestly blown away by how well they do their job, big ups to them!!

The bed was completely luxurious and the attention to detail outstanding. The biscuits given with tea were home made, as were the scented shower bombs - just amazing. I asked for a takeaway breakfast which Tanya happily provided which was delicious. One of the best places I've stayed in South Africa. Would 100% go back.
