The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was very pleasant and had a perfect view to the Burj Al Arab. The assortment of food and drinks by the breakfast and dinner was great. You should not miss it! Free transfer to the Kite beach was a good extra benefit.

Lovely hotel. Apart from the first staff member who attended to us(who was a little impatient with us when we were asking questions prior to check in), the check in process was handled smoothly and all the other staff members were pleasant. They were prompt with attending to our needs and were always available if we had any questions about how to get to certain sites in Dubai. The rooms were clean and lovely. The hotel was gorgeous and picturesque. I loved the Christmas display they had out for Christmas. The hotel was not far from all the major sites and there were taxis right in front of the hotel to take us wherever we had to go. I will definitely stay there again. My friends and I had a great time and loved our time in Grand Millennium Dubai.
