A very pleasant hotel with supportive stuff and comfortable rooms. Every room has an air conditioner, very helpful in Armenian summer. The hotel is right across the street from the famous Echmiadzin monastery and museum.

The property is very well managed, room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was absolutlety delicious, the staff was very kind. Location is very central, yet tranquil. Airport is close, at the earlier hours of the morning we arrived for just few hours of sleep and rest and it was worth it, after taking the breakfast we left the hotel for our tour in Armenia fully energized. I would highly recommend this hotel.

- Very friendly, welcoming and responsive host - nice unexpected pool - spacious private terrace in our case, with dedicated access to pool and garden - parking on the street in front of the property - healthy breakfast served on lovely terrace with many homemade products (salty and sweet option provided) - clean bathroom with powerful hot shower - common area full of facilities (kettle, fridge, kitchenette,...) - close to the airport by car (around 15 minutes). If you have a rented vehicle, there are places where you can wash it using coins open 24/7 for very little money and gas stations which accept card payment along the way for the airport

Undoubtedly, this place is one of the most exceptional I've ever been. The family was incredibly friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
