Gorgeous design, the work of arts that are on display in the room as well as the hallways, very polite and friendly staff, the bathroom decor and toiletries (fell in love w March, the Austrian brand they are using), excellent location, only superlatives for this hotel! Highly recommend it!

    It was a good location next to the Graz Central station, and everything is within walking distance. There is a nice small gym, and a full on grocery store next door. Hotel concierge were great and helpful.

    I love everything about this hotel. The location is excellent, just across the Graz central station. The hotel is new, so everything is still in immaculate condition. The receptionists always try to do their best to help me with everything. As I arrived early, they allowed me to check in early (1 PM). During the check out, Stephanie was super friendly and made the experience a lot better for me.
