Super hotel, super staff & very friendly.

We stayed two nights (October 2024) in this beautiful hotel. It was our second stay. We choose to stay again for its convenient location, quiet and lovely breakfast. This hotel is a great value for the price. The metro station Nestroyplatz and Praterstern Train Station just few steps away from the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very abundant and variety of options to choose from. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the service was excellent. We had a great stay at this hotel. Thank you.

Our trip to Vienna was truly memorable, thanks in large part to our wonderful stay at this hotel. Its prime location, just a 5-minute stroll from both the city center and the subway, made exploring the vibrant city incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a hop-on-hop-off bus station nearby and numerous supermarkets within easy reach further enhanced the convenience factor, making it an ideal base for our adventures. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel and the attentive service provided by the staff. Throughout our stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and hospitality. The breakfast offerings were satisfyingly diverse, providing us with plenty of options to fuel up for our days of exploration. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the hotel's charming terrace, where we enjoyed leisurely mornings sipping coffee and evenings relaxing with a beer, soaking in the ambiance of the city. Our room was a delightful retreat, boasting a cozy atmosphere and spacious layout. While some may perceive the furniture as 'old,' we found its classical charm to be a nod to the hotel's rich history, adding character to the space. The sizable bathroom was another plus, providing ample room for comfort. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning for our future trips to Vienna.
