Excellent location, near to all places

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very confortable, very close to the old town (5 min walk), clean and has good quality/price. The room was clean and reasonably big (had hair dryer too). Breakfast was good (mainly continental, with both cold and cooked food), they served bosnian coffee too. The main plus is the staff: they’ve all been kind and helpful before we arrived (always replied super quickly to our texts and accomodated all our requests/needs) and during our stay. They even offer late check out when they heard we had a late flight. The hotel is highly recommended.

I have only good words to tell about Sana. Location is perfect. Communication excellent. Breakfast ok. Room super clean. If you are looking for something in that price range, chose Sana (i tell this after having slept with 60-100 Euro in at least 5 other hotels in Sarajevo)

The building has an incredible story behind it, which the staff are more than happy to share. It adds a unique charm and character that makes the experience unforgettable. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome. Their recommendations for local dining and activities were spot-on. Breakfast was fantastic, with a diverse selection of fresh and delicious options. The perfect place to stay in Sarajevo. Lovely clean rooms with quality linen, quiet and close to everything, (supermarket around the corner) excellent breakfast with lots of options and fabulous staff who are always happy to help.

The location was perfect. It was situated in a quiet street and Easy walk to the Old Town. Hotel appeared new and room was spacious and clean. Car park easily accessible from the first floor just behind the hotel. Breakfast had a good range of food. The staff at reception were very friendly. Special thanks to Mirsa who helped us resolve the issue with our blocked credit cards. Highly recommend this hotel.
