Excellent location. Very close to the old part of town. Less than 5 minutes of walk. The breakfast was very comprehensive and the staff very helpful and eager to give advice and assistance. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very confortable, very close to the old town (5 min walk), clean and has good quality/price. The room was clean and reasonably big (had hair dryer too). Breakfast was good (mainly continental, with both cold and cooked food), they served bosnian coffee too. The main plus is the staff: they’ve all been kind and helpful before we arrived (always replied super quickly to our texts and accomodated all our requests/needs) and during our stay. They even offer late check out when they heard we had a late flight. The hotel is highly recommended.

The location is ideal—just a short walk from major attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough to offer a peaceful escape. The attention to detail in the room amenities added a luxurious touch. What truly sets this hotel apart is its rich family history. The building has an incredible story behind it, which the staff are more than happy to share. It adds a unique charm and character that makes the experience unforgettable. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome. Their recommendations for local dining and activities were spot-on. Breakfast was fantastic, with a diverse selection of fresh and delicious options. Absolutely everything. For example, variety of amenities in the room were real positive surprise for me, from makeup removal tissues, stains remover, etc. Amazing breakfast.
