Very quiet and decent place. New is always great! New furnishings and equipment, very welcoming staff, free parking. Very, very comfortable bed! I haven't slept so sweet and comfortable in a long time! Really, it is worth it! I recommend and only the highest score! Great location, close to metro station, very central, there is a supermarket just beside the hotel, so you can buy some stuff and put them in the fridge available in you room. Room is very clean and tidy and bathroom has a nice lighted mirror and relaxing bath. Also, as a tip, if you go by car, you have good (paid) parking places in the neighborhood. I chose Passage 44 as it is 10 min walking, but clean, safe and half the price compared to the other ones.

Not only is the hotel charming and in a wonderful location, but every one was so helpful and kind which I truly appreciate as my daughter got sick in the middle of the night. With the help of everyone at the hotel, we felt very assured in this stressful situation. – The staff was very nice and helpful – They took care of my poodle – he got a big bed and a bowl – The hotel looks beautiful inside – Breakfast was very good and the service was great – It’s a good idea to book the rooftop restaurant – it’s worth it!
