Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

Absolutely everything, from the smell of the hotel to the amazing welcoming staff. Worth every dollar and the best hotel to book. I have never felt more relaxed and happy with everything I received. Money was definitely worth spent and everything was very well done. I can not wait to go back!!

    Never use Valet.

    Never use Valet. Hotel says they have no relation with valet team. They are under Roger center!!!! But they work in the hotel. They damaged my car and said I lie and damage was there. Totally a ridiculous and disrespectful attitude. Hotel washes their hand and Roger center investigation is asking two of their staff if they did it or not!!!! Funny

    The location was excellent – very close to the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and the Aquarium. Shops and a Starbucks are right downstairs, which was very convenient. The apartment had a kitchen, which was a big plus.

    The location was exellent. Less than a 5 minute walk to Rogers centre. Also close to some many things. No complaints about the location. Surrounded by hi-rises. Nice to have coffee/ tea supplied. Shower was great.

    Great location close to City Hall, CF Toronto Eaton Shopping Centre and TTC transport. Union Station was only a short walk as well as the Scotia Bank Arena, Harbour, CN Tower and Rogers Centre. I used the gym facility a couple of times, a large variety of machines and equipment. Order one rooms service meal - delicious burger!

    The location was perfect, just steps away from Rogers Centre and lots of nearby restaurants. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Very quiet, could not hear neighbours. It was comfortable with lots of towels and good communication with the owner. The pool area was great!

    Great location downtown close to major attractions - CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Eaton Centre etc.. The view of the CN Tower from the pool was great and also from our room. Access into Shoeless Joes from the hotel reception was good for those that want to use it. The gym was great

    Very beautiful hotel, the lobby is great. Position is excellent for Toronto, near subway, Union Station, Rogers Centre, the lake, St Lawrence, financial… hotel is right in the middle of all of it. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.

    A lovely apartment on the 42nd floor so amazing views over Toronto. Great facilities, having a washer and drier was very convenient. The location is perfect, just15 mins walk from Union station and only 10 minutes from the Rogers Centre. Plenty of local bars and restaurants and also a Sobeys supermarket just 2 min walk away. Bed was comfy and shower worked well.
