I booked a short stay, just overnight, as I was in Toronto to attend a concert. The hotel was right in the heart of the action. Very convenient location. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning. I opted for a king deluxe room and it was HUGE! The room was immaculate. Check in was smooth and the representative very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend!

The hotel's comfortable clean room, location, and well-maintained facilities, including a surprisingly well organized gym, exceeded my expectations. Also the room was quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel reflected the same quiet well organized environment All the staff are so generous, friendly, and responsible. Definitely the most valuable hotel in the area.

This is a lovely place to stay - a spacious apartment in a central location The staff is absolutely wonderful - special mention of Andy - and really make the place The apartment has a complete kitchenette but could have included some salt, pepper and cooking oil to get guests started

Excellent service in general, however truly exceptional service and quality experience at Epoch - the manager Yaroslav is amazing alongside his team at the bar, Jon and Ozzy. They really went above and beyond to make special experiences happen and I will come back to this property expecially because of them. Truly WOW! And truly oustanding gentlemen.
