Great location in town , close to restaurants, they accommodated us for early breakfast - requested due to early tour departure to Torres Del Paine.

The staff's friendliness and attentiveness are beyond great; they pay attention to every little detail. Even the ladies who serve breakfast are incredibly friendly, genuinely interested in your trip and experiences, and very, very kind! The girls at reception were also wonderful. They helped me book a very special tour when I thought it wouldn't be possible, as I was trying to book just the day before. I always left at 6 a.m. to start my tours and daily activities, so I wasn't expecting to have breakfast at the hotel (which starts at 7). However, they immediately offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me every morning, which was just perfect for the kind of plans people typically make here. I would definitely stay here again! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel also offers spacious and convenient free parking, the hotel is located just 1 km from the main city square.

Staff was absolutelly fantastic. All people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything. The hotel is very nice, perfect breakfast. If we come back, for sure to that hotel. Thank you!

+ The attention and love for the details are to be seen in every corner of this recycelt house. We had the luck to have a small "family museum tour" from Maria del Rosario self and we were totally delighted to see how much love and effort were put in this hotel. + The breakfast was the best we had in our tour and we stayed before in some other bigger well known hotels. Considering that in South America there is not much use to have big breakfast, we were surprised about all what was offered and the different and lot of delicious and self made stuff. You are asked if you want to have eggs and if you do, they prepare them fresh and the way you want. This is something maybe common in higher star hotels and surprised us here very positively. The also had self-made pies and marmalade but if you prefer packaged products, you had them too. + The peace and AMAZING views!! From every part of the room. Even a small window at the shower which allows you to have a shower with view (but enough privacy!) + Price-performance ratio, TOP!

Everything was simply perfect. The hotel itself is amazingly beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from and we highly recommend having dinner at the hotel as well! One of my favourite hotels of all time!
