The stay was really perfect, especially because of the amazing and very attentive staff - always ready to support, everyone was doing their best throughout the day to make it enjoyable. Whenever you would leave the room, you would come back and find it cleaned, some sweets and other small treats added, the minibar re-filled. Very comfortable room and bed.

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Xi'an]! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable my room was. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Honestly we loved everything. One of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Luxury everywhere. And the staff genuinely care about helping. The club lounge was great.and the breakfast was world class. The beds and bathrooms were amazing. Many of the staff speak English, unlike most Chinese hotels. We recommend CROWN PLAZA Xi'An Weiyang. Yanni Bai in the club lounge was very helpful and inhanced our visit. Kudos Yanni.
