Besides the most amazing staff team, the surrounding views and scenery in this area is breathtaking, the rooms are just as seen on photos, and the room views are one of a kind. Melody and her team provided not only a place for my grandparents to stay, but a lasting memory of Guilin and the people you can potentially meet along your travels. The room is very spacious and well-equipped. The bed is long, large and soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. It is clean and hygienic. The staff at the hotel front desk are warm and attentive, and they upgraded me to a balcony suite with a king-sized bed. Opening the balcony, you can see the mountains. It's a highly recommended trip.

The hostess Michelle was extremely nice and welcoming. Also speaks perfect English, which is a joy in China. You can always ask her about how to get to places or if you need anything. Free pick up from airport. A private driver to the rice fields can also be arranged for around 600 rmb. Western and Chinese breakfast are included with the room price. Beautiful view of the mountains from your room, also nice and spacious room. Welcome drinks and fruit is delivered to the room when you arrive.

The hotel was nice and cozy, spacious room. The breakfast was nice and vegetarian. The staff was really helpful, they help organize the Li river's cruise and even they helped us organize the trip to Longsheng rice fields with private driver. It was really good price for the service in comparison to GetYourGuide and also quality was perfect. They are really helpful and will go extra mile to make your stay better.

This is my first time in China, and this hotel has given me an amazing first impression! The staff member Xiaoming was warm, attentive and prompt. The room was clean and tidy, and they were friendly to foreign guests. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. I will recommend it to my friends.
